Before, I had a really unhealthy relationship with food, leading to binge eating and consuming a lot of unhealthy snacks. When I learned about options like Queal, I figured they would be an ideal way for me to manage my nutrition while freeing up my time. The aim was to switch to a 100% or almost 100% meal shake diet.
I narrowed it down to two options: Jimmy Joy and Queal. The former seemed more established so I decided to try that first. However, I found the shakes too watery which left me feeling unsatisfied, and the price per meal added up when scaled to a month's supply.
So I decided to try Queal next. Queal has been much better suited to my palate. The shakes are also much thicker and more calorie dense, which gives me a better feeling of fullness. The flavours are really able to capture the foods they try to emulate, and the packaging is much nicer. After living almost exclusively off of Queal for a few weeks, I can confidently say that I'm happy to use it to substitute 100% of my calorie need.
TL;DR: Queal rocks!

Good but expensive, surprised that a 10€ bag contains only 3 meals which for me is too expensive

Great! I've tested most European and American complete meals and Queal is by far my favorite when it comes to taste of the shakes.
