I checked the tracking information and it looks like there has been a failed delivery attempt. It also seems that the delivery address may not be correct, which is likely why the parcel has not been delivered successfully.
As far as I can see, we had not received a message from you about this issue before, so we were only made aware of it through your review. Otherwise, we would of course have looked into this sooner for you.
We will contact you by email to verify the delivery address with you, so we can check whether we are still able to correct this with the carrier and help resolve the issue.

However, the biggest criticism is the shipping costs. I bought around €200 worth of products and still... The selection of products is large, the website is clear and ordering products is easy.
However, the biggest criticism is the shipping costs. I bought around €200 worth of products and still paid €30 for shipping a package measuring 20x16x10cm. This seems really too much for shipping from the Netherlands to Slovenia. For comparison, I recently had free shipping for a similar package from Denmark because the purchase was over €70.

We completely understand your point about the shipping costs to Slovenia. We agree that €30 is a steep price to pay for shipping, especially compared to some other countries where we are able to offer lower rates.
Unfortunately, shipping from the Netherlands to Slovenia is currently quite expensive for us as well. We always try to offer the best shipping prices we can, and we keep an eye on the available rates, but Slovenia is one of the destinations where shipping costs are still relatively high. At the moment, the actual shipping cost for us is even slightly higher than the amount charged.
That said, your criticism is completely fair, and we do wish we could offer a better rate for Slovenia. We will continue to monitor the shipping options and hope to improve this in the future.

Product arrived in very damaged box. One bottle had dented lid and was leaking, two of the polishes had very altered consistency (likely from heat during transport). Probably could have put more... They have been very cooperative on finding a resolution.

I contacted them three times regarding a horsehair brush from my order that shed an unusually large amount of hair after the very first use. Despite providing clear details and asking for a simple check or solution, I never received any response.

The products may be fine, but a company that does not reply to legitimate customer concerns leaves a very poor impression. Reliable after‑sales support is essential, and unfortunately, this experience was far from satisfactory.

Package turned up damaged. It wasn't clear on ordering that a signature would be required or that it was delivered from NL when the website was .co.uk.

Regarding our .co.uk website, we have websites for several regions, including the UK, US, Germany and the Netherlands. This allows us to charge customers in their local currency and tailor our service more specifically to each region. Our store and warehouse are based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, which is where your order was shipped from.
