I am disappointed with the customer service of The ShoeCare-Shop. I contacted them three times regarding a horsehair brush from my order that shed an unusually large amount of hair after the very first use. Despite providing clear details and asking for a simple check or solution, I never received any response.

The products may be fine, but a company that does not reply to legitimate customer concerns leaves a very poor impression. Reliable after‑sales support is essential, and unfortunately, this experience was far from satisfactory.

Regarding our .co.uk website, we have websites for several regions, including the UK, US, Germany and the Netherlands. This allows us to charge customers in their local currency and tailor our service more specifically to each region. Our store and warehouse are based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, which is where your order was shipped from.

Unfortunately, we have seen that customs checks and import tariff checks for shipments to the United States can sometimes cause significant delays. These processing times can vary a lot from week to week, and sadly this is not something we have direct influence over once the parcel has reached customs.
We completely understand that this is frustrating, and we are sorry for the inconvenience. We hope your parcel will be released and delivered soon.
