We are sorry to hear that your parcel has not arrived yet. We checked the tracking details we sent you and can see that your order is currently being held at U.S. Customs for the last 7 days.
Unfortunately, we have seen that customs checks and import tariff checks for shipments to the United States can sometimes cause significant delays. These processing times can vary a lot from week to week, and sadly this is not something we have direct influence over once the parcel has reached customs.
We completely understand that this is frustrating, and we are sorry for the inconvenience. We hope your parcel will be released and delivered soon.
