Product arrived in very damaged box. One bottle had dented lid and was leaking, two of the polishes had very altered consistency (likely from heat during transport). Probably could have put more... Probably could have put more padding material in the box given how rough shipping can be. I emailed the company and received a response the next day. They have been very cooperative on finding a resolution.

I contacted them three times regarding a horsehair brush from my order that shed an unusually large amount of hair after the very first use. Despite providing clear details and asking for a simple check or solution, I never received any response.

The products may be fine, but a company that does not reply to legitimate customer concerns leaves a very poor impression. Reliable after‑sales support is essential, and unfortunately, this experience was far from satisfactory.

Package turned up damaged. It wasn't clear on ordering that a signature would be required or that it was delivered from NL when the website was .co.uk.

This allows us to charge customers in their local currency and tailor our service more specifically to each region. Our store and warehouse are based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, which is where your order was shipped from.
