Try to be fast but not correct in many cases with many mistakes and miscommunications. Had to ping pong so many emails to resolve one small thing such as wrong invoice. WRT invoices, it is terrible.

Fast in finding tenants and communications. But wrt. invoices, it is nightmare.

Clarity about the invoice. How it has been charged is very dodge and always makes mistakes.
